Royal Luxe Housekeeping Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of housekeeping, cleaning, and related services by Royal Luxe Housekeeping Services ("Royal Luxe," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") to its clients ("Client," "you," or "your") within the Cayman Islands. By requesting, booking, or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICES
Royal Luxe Housekeeping Services provides residential, apartment, office, and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Regular housekeeping services
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Vacation rental turnover cleaning
- Laundry and linen services
- Organizational services
- Customized cleaning services
The exact scope of services shall be agreed at booking and confirmed via quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
2. BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
2.1 Service Requests
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Royal Luxe.
2.2 Property Access
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled time.
2.3 Delayed Access
If access is delayed by more than 30 minutes, Royal Luxe may:
- Reduce service time
- Reschedule the appointment
- Charge a waiting fee
2.4 Accurate Information
Clients must provide accurate details regarding property size, condition, pets, occupancy, and hazards. Additional charges may apply for incorrect or incomplete information.
3. ACCESS TO PREMISES & NO-SHOW POLICY
The Client agrees to provide safe access, including keys, codes, or entry instructions.
If access is not provided or the Client is unavailable, Royal Luxe will wait 15–30 minutes and attempt contact.
If access is still not granted, the visit will be treated as a No-Show and billed in full.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing
Fees depend on property size, condition, and service type, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due before or immediately upon service completion (unless otherwise agreed)
- Monthly clients: invoices due within 7 days
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods
- Cheque
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
Bank details will be provided on invoice or agreement.
5. LATE PAYMENT
Overdue balances (monthly accounts only) are subject to:
- CI$50 late fee
- 10% per annum interest
- Suspension of services until payment is made
6. SUPPLIES
Royal Luxe provides standard cleaning materials unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may provide their own materials if preferred.
7. CLIENT EQUIPMENT & CROSS-CONTAMINATION
Clients are encouraged to provide equipment such as:
- Mop and bucket
- Vacuum
- Specialty cleaning tools
If not provided, Royal Luxe may supply dedicated equipment at additional cost. Equipment purchased for a site may remain assigned to that location.
8. CLEANING PRODUCTS & CHEMICAL DISCLOSURE
Cleaning products are included in service.
Clients may provide their own preferred products.
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. Royal Luxe is not responsible for undisclosed reactions.
9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must:
- Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, and documents
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Provide water and electricity
- Disclose hazards, pests, mold, or unsafe conditions
- Secure pets where necessary
Royal Luxe may refuse unsafe work conditions.
10. PETS AND PET WASTE
Pets must be secured during service.
Royal Luxe is not responsible for escaped pets if proper access instructions were followed.
Pet waste removal (feces, urine, litter overflow, heavily soiled areas) is NOT included and may incur additional charges or be refused if unsafe.
11. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW
- 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 50% charge
- Same-day cancellation or no access: up to 100% charge
- No-show after waiting period = full charge
12. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Royal Luxe may stop or refuse service where there are:
- Unsafe conditions
- Hazardous substances
- Threats, abuse, or harassment
- Illegal activity
Staff will not perform unsafe tasks.
13. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
Damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Royal Luxe may repair, replace, or compensate at its discretion.
Not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Poorly secured items
- Normal wear and tear
- Undisclosed hazards
- Valuable items not secured
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
14. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours.
Royal Luxe may re-clean or offer credit at its discretion.
No refunds are guaranteed.
15. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
Royal Luxe may take before-and-after photos for:
- Quality control
- Training
- Dispute resolution
Photos will not be shared publicly without consent.
16. EXCESSIVE DIRT / HOARDING CONDITIONS
If conditions are beyond standard cleaning:
- Pricing may be adjusted
- Services may be limited
- Deep-clean rates may apply
- Service may be refused
17. TIME LIMIT PER VISIT
Each visit is based on a 4-hour service window.
Additional time required may incur extra charges.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Royal Luxe is not liable for delays due to:
- Hurricanes
- Floods
- Weather events
- Government actions
- Power outages
- Emergencies
19. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Client information is used only for service delivery, billing, and legal compliance. Data is kept confidential.
20. NON-SOLICITATION
Clients may not hire Royal Luxe staff directly during service and for 12 months after.
Penalty: CI$5,000 recruitment fee.
21. INSURANCE & LICENSING
Royal Luxe maintains valid Cayman Islands business licensing and public liability insurance.
22. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Outstanding balances become immediately due.
23. INDEMNITY
Clients agree to cover losses, legal costs, or damages arising from breach of terms or non-payment.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes shall be resolved in Cayman Islands courts.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the full agreement between the parties.
26. COMMENCEMENT DATE
Services commence: TBA
